Multi-starred French chef Yannick Alléno's London venture Pavyllon, one of the city's hottest new openings last year, is inviting you to explore Bordeaux wines with them in January.

Diners who visit Pavyllon London this month can embark on a relaxed wine-tasting adventure with their meal. During the restaurant's Bordeaux Wet January series, you can explore a new château from the famed French region each week. Catering to oenophiles and beginners alike, the offer features three wines, including a mystery selection for a blind tasting, ensuring a fun and educational experience.

Pavyllon, launched in July 2023, is the London bastion of acclaimed chef Yannick Alléno at the Four Seasons Park Lane hotel. The restaurant serves Allénno's signature Parisian dishes as well as exclusive London takes on British classics, highlighting the chef's oft-used techniques such as extraction and fermentation. The food is accompanied by a prestigious wine list and stylish surroundings.
