Carousel, a Fitzrovia wine bar that regularly hosts some of the most talented guest chefs in the world, will turn its kitchen over to Hong Kong sensation New Punjab Club in July.

New Punjab Club is a tandoor grill house that launched in Hong Kong in 2017 and became the first Punjabi restaurant in the world to receive a coveted Michelin star. Under the command of chef Palash Mitra (Gymkhana, The Cinnamon Club, Scarfes Bar …), the restaurant takes traditional Punjabi flavours and updates them for contemporary times in an award-winning blend of past and present.

You'll be able to try out New Punjab Club's cuisine during their Carousel residency. The ten-course menu will feature signature New Punjab Club dishes such as fried courgette flower with tomato and chilli chutney, or tandoori lamb chops with ember-roasted onions.

The New Punjab Club residency at Carousel starts on 17 July and ends on 26 July. You can book your spot here.
