Recently featured on ITV's “This Morning”, Head Chef at Neverland Marco Fratepietro talks about the menu favourite: “Laying down the fondue set for guests, followed by the saucepan of savoury cheese dip, is a delight to create and watch our guests feast upon. Our gorgeous fondue is made with a mix of Gruyère cheese and Vacherin Fribourgeois – a Swiss cheese match made in heaven. We use the best cow's milk and have maturing processes which result in a creamy quality which melts beautifully and is perfect for hours of simmering. We uniquely pair our fondue mix with side dishes that create flavour perfection for pure indulgence.”
Neverland serves its unlimited fondue for 90 minutes alongside oven-baked bread and pickled cornichons, all priced at £28 per person. For guests that want to enjoy bubbles alongside their fondues, a bottomless prosecco package is also available for £29 per person. Drinks are not included in the standard fondue package, it's all about the limitless cheese.
