Neat partners with Tajín to create limited-edition burger for National Burger Day

Plant-based sensation Neat has partnered with flavour connoisseurs Tajín to craft a brand new exquisitely seasoned burger in an ode to National Burger Day on 22 August. The burger will be available at Neat's Soho, Victoria, and Camden restaurants until 31 August.

The new limited-edition special, the Nacho Chick'n Crunch by Tajín, will transport diners to the vibrant streets of Mexico via their tastebuds. The tasty creation is made with Tajín's Chamoy hot sauce and Tajín's Clásico seasoning, which is made from a select combination of world-class Mexican Chili peppers. Expect the perfect balance of salt and zesty citrus.

The crispy chick'n patty will be doused in Chamoy sauce and served with shredded romaine lettuce, tomato, red onion, avocado and a tortilla crunch made with tortillas seasoned with Tajín. The patty will then be served in a sweet brioche bun and topped with a one-of-a-kind Mexican mayo sauce made with mayo, Chamoy, and Tajín Clásico seasoning. To top it all off it'll also be served with a pot of gooey cheez sauce for dipping or pouring on top.

The burger is £10.50 and is available in the Soho, Victoria, and Camden Neat restaurants until 31 August.
