Acclaimed chef Aman Lakhiani of Junsei has teamed up with renowned chef Vin Tipu for a one-night-only collaboration on 8 September. This special dinner will blend the bold flavours of Indian cuisine with the refined simplicity of Japanese fare.

Diners can expect a flavour-packed tasting menu that showcases the best of both worlds. Highlights include:

  • Curry Chawanmushi: A chilled custard infused with the rich flavours of Kashmiri curry, topped with edamame and fiery chilli oil
  • Crab Dosa Taco: A modern twist on a classic Indian dish featuring succulent king crab, South Indian roasted curry, and a sprinkle of furikake pods
  • Shoyu Pao: Tender shokupan milk buns filled with a savoury Ayako egg and a refreshing mint chutney

The menu will also feature a selection of mouthwatering skewers, including lamb, cauliflower and chicken thigh.
