After closing earlier in the year, the Peckham branch of the popular Market Place food halls is reopening this month, complete with new management and ten new vendors.

The Market Place food halls were originally launched with the aim of providing promising street food business with a prime location to build up their operation, while providing patrons with the chance to try out tasty, affordable street food. At their peak, they operated four sites, in Hounslow, Vauxhall, Harrow, and Peckham.

The 250-capacity Market Hall branch at the Aylesham Centre in Peckham closed earlier this year, but is now gearing up for reopening on 15 July. The new management has invited ten new food traders to the indoor venue, spanning a broad assortment of cuisines from around the world: Nigerian, Mexican, Hawaiian, Indo-Chinese, Thai, Argentinian, and Middle Eastern. There's an on-site bar serving fresh juices, cocktails, beers, and other drinks as well.

The stylishly decorated industrial space will also take care of entertainment, hosting everything from live music and DJ nights to pop-ups, charity raffles, and more. All in all, it's looking like good vibes all around, starting with a launch party on 15 June.
