There's big breaking news from top falafel sellers Pockets. This Netil Market favourite will be closing their stall after two and a half successful years of serving Instagram-worthy pittas loaded with falafel and other tasty ingredients. However, all is not lost if you're a big falafel fan.

Whilst the market stall will be trading for its final day on 2nd July, the team will instead be opening a brick-and-mortar eatery in the autumn. Exact details of this are yet to be announced but the new site will be close to Netil Market. Having to queue for your pitta is expected at the current location but the new site will allow the team to provide a more efficient service as well as boost the quality of the food on offer.

If you want to get a final taste before Pockets takes a short break until the autumn, get down to Netil Market this week – and be prepared to stand in line. We'll share details about the new location as soon as we find out more.
