East London's Pure Evil Gallery is a top-artist run space for seeing street art from huge names including Pure Evil and Banksy. On 17th August the gallery opens London Calling! This exhibition celebrates the history of British skateboarding culture all the way back to the early days in the 70s and the opening of Skate City, the UK's first commercial skatepark.

This exciting exhibition is designed to be immersive and features never-before-seen photography, vintage boards, and other artefacts from skateboarding history. To tie in with the show's opening weekend, a number of extra events are on including an exclusive zine for sale, skate sessions, and meet-ups for skating and street art enthusiasts. The exhibition then continues until 10th September.
