Regent's Park is always a fab place for a stroll but for the next few weeks it's set to be even more exciting. Frieze Sculpture, the annual sculpture exhibition from renowned contemporary art journal Frieze, returns to the park for another year. This year's sculptures will be on display in the park's English Gardens until 29th October and, as ever, you can view the artwork at any time completely free of charge.

This year the event has been curated for the first time by Fatoş Üstek, a highly-respected Turkish art curator and writer. Visitors can expect to see new monumental works by major art world names and emerging artists including Ghada Amer, Yinka Shonibare, and Ayşe Erkmen.

This year's Frieze Sculpture brings together broad artistic practices from across the world, with works that highlight a contrast between the monumental and the ephemeral. These are site-specific works that respond to their surroundings and highlight the varied range of methods used by contemporary artists working with sculpture. A programme of performances and talks is also on to complement the art. Get down to the park throughout October to make the most of this exciting public art event.
