Hidden Holborn wine bar Rondo La Cave is already known for its inspiring global wine list and incubator kitchen hosting exciting chef residencies. The food offering here is now set to change as the bar welcomes Four Corners for a permanent residency. This Detroit-style pizza concept ran a three month pop-up at the bar from late 2021, but from 25th January it’ll become the default dining option here.

This new ongoing residency comes with a revamped menu of tempting dishes. You can expect rectangular deep-dish Detroit pizzas oozing with ingredients like meatballs and vodka sauce or pesto and mortadella. Classic Red Top pizza is available if you prefer to keep things simple. Pizza will be available by the slice or whole pie, plus there will be small plates like ranch salad and meatballs.

These cheesy treats are the ideal pairing to your favourite wine vintage. The drinks offering at Rondo La Cave will continue to focus on low-intervention wines, available by the glass, bottle, or magnum.
