Sally Abé brings back her four-hands dinner series for International Women's Day

The Pem's trailblazing chef will be teaming up with four acclaimed female chefs for a series of exclusive collaborative dinners in March.

Sally Abé is an acclaimed chef who's considered one of the rising stars of the current culinary scene, and her restaurant The Pem is one of the top spots in the UK. Having reopened late last year following refurbishment, The Pem, named after notable suffragette Emily “Pem” Dickinson, is a culinary bastion of female empowerment, and will be doubling down on that front throughout March with the return of Abé's four-hands dinner collabs.

Across four evening in March, Abé will team up with select female chefs for a series of exclusive dinner menus. The four-course set menus will feature brand-new dishes showcasing innovation and culinary mastery, and will also involve select students from Westminster Kingsway College, who have been invited to join Abé and her guests for an invaluable hands-on opportunity.

The guests and dates of the four-hands dinners are as follows:

  • 1 March – celebrity Indian chef and food/travel writer Romy Gill MBE, formerly of Romy's Kitchen;
  • 7 March – “The Great British Bake Off” 2016 champion Candice Brown of The Greenman Pub in Eversholt;
  • 15 March – Michelin-trained chef, TV presenter, author, and viral sensation Poppy O'Toole aka Potato Queen;
  • 22 March – multi-award-winning chef, restaurateur, and author Chantelle Nicholson of Apricity.

The dinners are priced at £85 and include a glass of champagne and canapes upon arrival, a four-course menu, and live DJ entertainment. Find out more and book your spot here.
