On Day 1, each bartender will collaborate with renowned London bars such as Kwãnt, Sexy Fish, and Hutong at The Shard, bringing their unique flair and signature drinks to the city. Highlights include Jon Lee from Kuala Lumpur's Penrose at Coya and Peter Chua from Singapore's Nighthawk at Hakkasan Mayfair.

Day 2 will see all the bartenders unite for a one-night-only event at ABar Lounge in the Mandarin Oriental Mayfair. Each hour, different bartenders will pair up behind the bar, crafting innovative cocktails with ultra-premium craft spirits from The Orientalist Spirits.

This is the largest continental bar takeover London has ever seen, offering an immersive mixology experience for cocktail enthusiasts, marking the first time such a grand showcase of Asian talent has come to London. From hand-crafted cocktails to cutting-edge techniques, the festival promises to deliver an unforgettable celebration of Asian hospitality. Barstars is a unique chance for Londoners to sample world-class drinks from the best of Asia's bartending scene.
