Across five weekends this summer, Battersea Park and surrounding areas have hosted a series of activities and entertainment suitable for all ages, ranging from live performances and creative workshops to a dog show and more. The festival is drawing to a close with a weekend dedicated to sports and movement.
On the final weekend of Summer in Battersea Park, the festival is hosting a number of sports- and wellness-themed events. Of course, you'll be able to catch two of the biggest sports events of the summer, the Euro 2024 and Wimbledon finals, live on the big screen, but there'll also be a plethora of classes and activities to take part in. You'll be able to try scaling a climbing wall, relax with a deep sound bath, learn Zumba, put 'em up in a boxing workshop, and more. Prices range from free to budget-friendly, making it a great way to try a sport to see if you'd like to pick it up long-term. And after all the hard work and exercise, you can refresh with food and drinks in the Kerb Street Food Garden.
The Sports & Movement Weekend of Summer in Battersea Park takes place on 13 and 14 July. Find out more of the programme and book your spot here.
