To kick off the summer season, Monkey Shoulder, the 100% malt whisky designed for mixing, has teamed up with 20ft Fried Chicken, a new fried chicken concept by burger experts Black Bear Burger and Market Halls Oxford Street. Together, they have crafted an exclusive limited-edition wing offering and cocktail.
Using the delightful Smokey Monkey whisky from Monkey Shoulder, the menu showcases buttermilk fried chicken Monkey Wings smothered in a barbecue sauce and infused with Smokey Monkey whisky. The wings are then garnished with candied red pepper and a smoked bacon crumb. There are also two new cocktails to try: the Berry Boulevard and the Sicilian Spritz, both crafted by the bar team at Market Halls.
