Inspired by the food of her youth, her Chinese heritage, and her mother's love for cooking and baking, Sam Wong aka Lil' Wong Bakes is a popular East London baker who has been popping up all over the place with her signature lime-green pandan sandos and other goodies. The so-called pandan sando queen of London has collaborated with an impressive roster of brands including Adidas, Vans, Levi's, and Allpress, and shows no signs of slowing down.

Following a winter break to come up with exciting new treats, Lil' Wong Bakes is returning for her first pop-up of the year. She'll be setting up shop at Café Vins in Soho for the early May bank holiday weekend, offering not just her signature sandos and pandan pudding, but also a new launch – pandan cookies. Hot and cold pandan drinks will be available as well.

The Lil' Wong Bakes kiosk will be at Café Vins from 10am to 4pm on Sunday 5 May. Her treats have a habit of flying off the shelves, so we suggest getting yourself down there early so you don't miss out.
