Nathan Anthony, food blogger and author of bestselling cookbook 'Bored of Lunch', is opening the UK's first ever air fryer restaurant, A I R, set to open its doors on September 27th for just one night. Guests will get to sample an impressive 12-course meal, all cooked using air fryers refurbished from eBay.
Not only will you get to feast on fried delights like tacos, arancini balls stuffed with nduja, and aglio e olio chicken wings, but you'll also get to meet the air fryer legend himself as he guides you through each course. Sounds like a clucking good night to us.
Tickets go on sale on September 19 for the pop-up event taking place in Shreodtch for one night on September 27.
