The luxurious Mayfair restaurant is offering patrons the chance to sample a premium Chichibu Single Malt for one week only.
The Chichibu Single Malt comes from master distiller Ichiro Akuto at Japan's acclaimed distillery Chichibu. Matured for seven years, the single-cask whisky weighs in at 59.5% ABV and “embodies dedication and artistry”.
One of the finest premium spirits in the world, Chichibu Single Malt is served at Park Chinois for one week only. It was unveiled at an exclusive private dinner with a four-digit price tag on 11 October, but from 18 to 25 October, it's also available in the main restaurant at £70 per glass. The immersive Asian restaurant has also prepared a menu of signature Park Chinois dishes that elevate the spirit's flavour further, such as Szechuan prawn & shiso cress dumpling or grilled black cod.
