The cuisines of two continents are set to collide in a burst of flavour when Kachori and Paladar, two respected restaurants in Elephant & Castle, come together for a collaborative supper club.
Kachori is an inspired Indian restaurant serving contemporary takes on the cuisine found on the Indian subcontinent, while Paladar serves fresh, vibrant dishes from the other side of the world – Latin America. Both restaurants boast teams with serious credentials in the kitchen, and in early March, they'll be joining forces to serve a one-off set menu combining the best of both worlds.
The Kachori x Paladar supper club features five courses of cross-cultural gastronomy, with dishes including and okra muffin with dopiaza masala, fallow deer seekh kebab stuffed with Stilton cheese, sea bass tiradito with chontaduro and aji amarillo tiger's milk and chulpi corn, and more. A vegetarian version of the menu is available as well, and you can also add a wine pairing.
The exclusive dinner will be held at Kachori on 4 March and is priced at £65 per person (£85 with wine pairing). You can view the full menu and booking details here.
