Helmed by chef-owner Alexis Noble, Wander is one of Stokey's hidden dining gems, serving a changing menu reflecting Noble's travels and culinary exploration in a welcoming, relaxed setting. Noble is also a passionate ceramics artist, using her own pottery not just in the restaurant but also selling it as a homewares collection. At Wander, she also hosts regular pottery markets, and one such occasion is coming up this week, on Saturday.

Conveniently taking place ahead of this year's International Women's Day and Mother's Day, the Wander x Ceramics market on 3 March is an opportunity to get your hands on one of Noble's pieces, including older stuff accumulated over the year.

There's a bittersweet note to the event, however, as Noble has also announced the upcoming closure of Wander for good. Emphasising it's not a matter of rising costs but rather a change in life priorities, Noble will be closing Wander in about three months' time. If you want to get your hands on one of her works, whether pottery or food, it's high time you go there.
