The famous English singer-songwriter and inescapable earworm author is the next guest chef at the viral Fallow spin-off.
Fowl is a buzzy spot in the heart of London, launched by the team behind the acclaimed Fallow. The recently-opened restaurant's beak-to-feet concept made waves on social media with its notorious chicken head pie, but behind all the viral hype you'll find an upmarket take on a classic chicken shop, with everything on the menu revolving around said poultry.
At Fowl, the masterminds behind Fallow also regularly collaborate with guest chefs from all walks of life, with past guests including three Michelin-starred French chef Pierre Koffmann and the hosts of the popular podcast “Table Manners”. Their March guest comes from a different walk of life, however, as none other than mid-aughties pop star James Blunt will be joining them. And if that sends visions of James Blunt crooning “You're Beautiful” to a disembodied chicken head stuck in a pie floating ominously through your mind, don't worry. He's actually collabing with Fowl on Blunty's Bucket – a selection of honey-glazed chicken and guinea fowl.
The menu addition will be launched at Fowl on 4 March, with tickets for the launch party available here. If you can't make it down there on the night, don't worry – Blunty's Bucket will be available at Fowl throughout March.
