Searcys Iris Bar

Located on the 40th floor of the Gherkin, The Iris Bar knows it’s got a winner on its hands just for the view alone. The sweeping 360° panorama is indeed stunning and the bar team leans fully into it, with one of the signature drinks – Bombay Sapphire Sunset Gin, apricot liqueur, lemon and champagne – winkingly named Iris Sunset. It’s not the subtlest of hints, but it’s definitely worth picking up on. Reservations are required.
