Another venture by star bartender Tony Conigliaro, often referred to as a genius of contemporary mixology, Untitled is a silver-tinged, industrial spot in Dalston that’s inspired by Andy Warhol and also has a lovely garden for al fresco dining. The kitchen features changing residencies, but always strives to push boundaries, while the cocktails stick to impressing through restraint. They’re simply named – Snow, Waif, Spark – but bring together ingredients and flavours in new and unexpected ways. The aforementioned Snow with white clay and chalk enoki vodka is a case in point.
