Maître Choux is supposedly the first and only specialist patisserie dedicated to choux pastries in the world. The delicately crafted eclairs, choux and chouquettes here are crafted by world-class pastry chef Joakim Prat and available in a variety of classic and seasonal flavours, for example Persian pistachio or black forest. To top it off, the treats are highly photogenic.
