Review of Bufala Di Londra – by Alberto R.
Our experience at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing, primarily due to the terrible service. The staff was anything but welcoming, and the manager’s handling of the situation was particularly poor.
We entered the restaurant with our 2-year-old child, and after the waitress consulted the manager—who was busy making pizzas—we were seated at a table right in front of the entrance, obstructing their own passageway. When I pointed out that this wasn't a suitable spot, as it would hinder their movement, I asked to be relocated to another table.
They offered us a high chair for our child, but it was never brought to us. Instead, the manager scolded the waitress almost immediately. After waiting five minutes, I asked another waitress for the high chair, only to notice that the manager had blocked her from assisting us as well.
After sitting there for 10 minutes, the waitress finally informed us that they would not bring the high chair, insisting that we were expected to eat with our child on our lap.
I would have expected the manager to take responsibility for the situation instead of simply ordering around her young, inexperienced staff. Most importantly, if they were unable to accommodate us from the start, they should have told us right away.
If the service is this poor, I can only imagine how the food must be.
The quality of a restaurant isn't just about the food—it’s also about the respect and care you show your customers. Unfortunately, this place fell far short of that.
