Chick 'n’ Sours’ fried poultry offerings are a far cry from the greasy fare peddled by the ever-present corner shops. There’s fried halal chicken in more or less every dish on the menu, with crispy outsides and juicy insides slathered in Asian spices, flavourings and sauces.
