Greyhound started as a fashion house in the 1980s, created by Thai designer Bhanu Inkawat. Today, it has transformed into a chain with restaurants in both Asia and the UK. The waiters wear t-shirts with clever slogans, and the place is decorated in a Bangkok-inspired style, including  shutters, shelves filled with items inspired by Thai grocery stores, and a large hanging Sai fish trap, surrounded by woven Tilapia fish – a traditional Thai symbol of good luck. The menu is chock full of classic Thai dishes and plenty of vegetarian options.
