When launching their Hicce Hart pub in Islington, chef Pip Lacey and her partner Gordy McIntyre noticed a vacant spot across the street and quickly seized the opportunity to set up their own pizza shop. You can choose between pizzas with toppings such as egg, tomato, fior di latte, radicchio, pine nuts, black garlic, parmesan, and basil, or Italian fennel sausage, tomato, mozzarella fior di latte, and curtido 'cult jar' ferment, to eat in or take away.
