Chef Tomos Parry of Brat fame is behind this wood grill and wine bar in Soho, and brings similarly Spanish-inspired food to the table. Using locally sourced produce, Mountain serves traditional Spanish dishes, accompanied by wines curated by Noble Rot, and features a large wooden counter bar, as well as a more snug bar area with an open kitchen in the basement.
