Dining here begins with breakfast, when diverse dishes are served from granola and fruit salad to duck egg hashes or a full English breakfast. Later there's a set menu served on weekdays as well as a full à la carte menu for lunch and dinner. Caviar and oysters are a luxurious way to start your meal but other starters are served too like Cobb salad or steak tartare. There's a choice of steaks, sauces, and sides, plus dishes like monkfish wellington or smoked potato gnocchi. There's also a vegetarian menu and dishes for children.

The wine list is carefully selected and focuses on wines from Europe and the USA. 54 wines are available by the glass. On Mondays you can bring your own bottle with no corkage fee. The on-site bar mixes classic and house cocktails and also offers plenty of whisky/whiskey, cigars, and bar snacks. You're welcome to visit just for drinks and the bar has a terrace too.
