Back when it was a pop-up concept, Tiella made quite a name for itself thanks to chef Dara Klein's unique, New Zealand-inflected spin on traditional Italian cooking. Her debut bricks-and-mortar site is situated in a former pub and styled as a modern trattoria and bar, serving hefty helpings of Klein's signature antipasti, pastas, and other italian delights, highlighting the best produce from Britain as well as Italy.
