Hernö Gin is Sweden's first gin distillery, started in the small village of Dala outside Härnösand in 2011. Since then, they've established themselves with a bar in Stockholm in 2021 and in Gothenburg in 2025. The concept revolves around creative and carefully composed drinks made with their own gin, which can be combined with Swedish and Nordic taste sensations on the plate as well.
At the bar, on Västra Hamngatan 16 in Gothenburg, guests can socialise in stylish design surroundings that take their cue from Nordic heritage, with earthy colors, soft lines and natural materials. Seating is available at the bar, on sofas and at smaller tables.
The drinks menu represents the entire range from the gin producer outside Härnösand, with something to suit all gin fans. They offer signature cocktails in the entire flavour palette, as well as classic cocktails such as Hernö Gin's award-winning gin & tonic. Alongside ambitious gin drinks, they serve snacks and sharing plates, specially created to pair with the drinks.
