If you're just a little peckish, you can just order soup, which is served with home-baked bread.

The speciality at Humus Hus is exactly what you'd imagine – hummus. It's made from a secret family recipe and can be enjoyed on its own, with sides, or in juicy falafel dishes. Just as good for a relaxed lunch or dinner as for takeaway.

We know Vi Viet isn't a fully vegetarian restaurant, but in line with Vietnamese culinary traditions, many of the dishes served are plant-based or can be prepared with tofu instead of meat. Their friendly staff will gladly guide you through the menu, which is characterised by well-balanced and subtle flavours such as lime, lemongrass, and fresh herbs. 

The team at Ramen-Ya specialise in - you guessed it - ramen, Japanese noodle soup, with plenty of authentic and reasonably-priced dishes on the menu. The carefully prepared noodles can always be made vegetarian or completely vegan for anyone who wants to eat plant-based. Try pairing your food with a little sake. 

Pustervik needs no further introduction among Gothenburg's culture vultures. You'll find one of the city's most dynamic music scenes here, and you'll find everything from club nights to food under one roof. Food-wise they serve a simple menu with large and smaller dishes with flavours from all over the world. 

This New York-style cultural spot is right under the Älvsborg bridge. They serve a daily vegan lunch and a weekend menu that's packed with plant-based dishes.
