American Celia Brooks is an acclaimed chef and author, known for her bestselling vegetarian cookbooks. On her Gastrotours, she takes participants around different foodie hotspots in London. Her most famous tour covers Borough Market – she's the only person permitted to run tours there – but she offers tours of other areas as well, for example Portobello Road or Covent Garden.
