Buckle up, cheese lovers, Two Drops will be opening at Battersea Power Station at the end of April, serving a mouthwatering menu of one of the nation's favourite bites – oozy cheese toasties.

The new venture comes from those behind some of London's favourite spots, like El Pastor and Parrillian, so we're right to be excited. The new menu features a curated list of Jurarégal cheese-filled sourdough toasties, available with your choice of filling. Expect things like smoked haddock and English mustard, and marmite and shallot. There's even a sweet toastie for dessert, filled with dulce de leche, caramelised banana and hazelnuts.

Although cheese toasties are the star of the show here, there's also a focus on cocktails and other light bites. You can expect to see seasonal soups, salads, British cheese boards, crispy chicken goujons and more on the menu. As for drinks, pints of Guinness and Estrella Galicia will be sat alongside rotating IPAs, and there will be a curated wine selection and, of course, classic cocktails.

Get your cheese fix at Two Drops at Battersea Power Station from Friday, April 26.
