London finally embraced the idea of a pasta festival in 2022 (no idea why it took that long, tbh), and due to its tremendous success, Emilia's Summer Pasta Festival is returning to Canary Wharf on July 16th with even more carb-filled celebrations to be had.
Emilia's Crafted Pasta, located in Canary Wharf, will transform its restaurant, terrace, and surrounding garden into a street-food style festival, where pasta lovers can enjoy live music, pasta-themed masterclasses, activities for children, and pasta art exhibitions. Of course, there will be endless amounts of pasta to feast on, prepared and cooked by the expert kitchen and bar staff.
The festival will feature renowned artist Davide Shorty and other live music acts and DJs. For pasta newbies, masterclasses offer the opportunity to learn the art of pasta-making from scratch or how to make pesto from start to finish. They've also partnered with Boutinot Wines to educate festival-goers on pairing pasta with the perfect wine and matching pasta shapes with the appropriate sauces.
The festival will take place at 12 George Street, Wood Wharf, E14 9QG, on July 16th from 12 pm to 7 pm. Tickets are free; check out Emilia's Crafted Pasta's social media channels to learn more.
