On Friday 27 September at 6:30 p.m, CORD Restaurant will host an exclusive olive oil pairing dinner with Mazen Assaf, the renowned "Olive Oil Guy."

This one-of-a-kind culinary experience, hosted in collaboration with Executive Chef Karl O'Dell, will showcase a specially curated five-course menu, each dish paired with premium olive oils from across the Mediterranean. The dinner will cost £75 per person and an additional £55 if you want wine paired with your food.

The menu will consist of five dishes, kicking off with Isle of Wight Tomatoes served with burrata, gazpacho, marjoram, and wholegrain mustard. Other highlights include Rhug Estate Rack of Lamb, served alongside courgette, aubergine, and pepper, and Aloe Vera with rosemary, pomegranate and green pimento. For dessert, you'll be served an Apricot Soufflé Tart with olive oil ice cream, vanilla, and hazelnut.

Tickets can be purchased on CORD Restaurant's website.
