Westminster standout Fallow focuses on creative and sustainable dining, serving contemporary British cuisine seven days a week. They’ve now applied their inventiveness to brunch, launching a new brunch menu on 1 October, and it looks incredible.

The highlights of Fallow’s new Saturday brunch menu are undoubtedly the signature Royales, served in an aesthetically stunning, flaky pastry bun. Choose from among the the Royale with Cheese (pictured above), which is packed with a sausage, bacon, kombu ketchup, egg and sriracha, the Salmon Belly Royale with smoked salmon belly, spinach, lemon mayo and egg, or the vegetarian Mushroom Royale with grilled mushroom, shiitake and egg.

Alternatively, you can go for the scrambled Fluffetts eggs with herbed sourdough and sriracha, or go for the health-conscious granola option – their house mix comes with spiced prunes and house yoghurt. You can also order the Haymarket Hashbrown with sour cream and chives to go along with your main.

The pièce de resistance of the new menu is one for those who like to indulge their sweet tooth. It’s another Royale, but this one comes filled with salted caramel and whey. Sure seems like it’s time to get your crew together and book a nice Saturday outing!
