Fazenda is a successful nationwide group of South-American rodizio grills, originally established in Leeds. If all goes well, it'll finally be making its London debut in 2023.
The award-winning restaurant group combines contemporary sophistication with gaucho tradition. Its restaurants provide a stylishly refined setting in which to indulge in the never-ending parade of the finest grilled meats coming out of the kitchen. As is common at rodizio restaurants, you pay a fixed price for your meal, then control the quantity with a double-sided card – place it green side up and the meat chefs spring into action, while the opposing red side is, of course, the universally accepted symbol for “oh god, please stop, I can't anymore, I've devoured a whole herd already”. Authentic South American sides are delivered on request as well, and you can wash everything down with fine wines, cocktails or other drinks.
The London branch of Fazenda will span two floors at the 100 Bishopsgate Tower in the heart of the financial district. In addition to the main dining area, the venue will also feature a mezzanine bar and three lavish private dining rooms, where many a business deal is sure to be hammered out over skewers and steaks.
Fazenda is set to open in the capital in summer 2023.
