According to various tastemakers and award-bestowers, Zia Lucia is one of London’s best pizza joints, famed for its 48-hour fermented dough that comes in four different versions – vegetable charcoal, wholemeal, gluten-free and traditional. After choosing your dough, you can choose your pizza, which is then baked in the hand-crafted, named oven at each branch.

On 25th October, Zia Lucia is opening its eighth branch in Canary Wharf. In addition to the pizzas, the waterfront location will serve cocktails from its 1980s Milanese-style cocktail bar, as well as Italian beer and other beverages.

Zia Lucia is celebrating the launch in different ways, starting with a special dough that will be available for one week only. The green-tinged matcha dough is sure to provide a unique pizza experience, not to mention some unusual colour for your social feeds. It even fits in well with the upcoming Halloween festivities.

Furthermore, if you pop into the new branch from 1st to 7th November, you can take advantage of their celebratory 50% discount on any pizza. This means a classic margherita will set you back less than five quid, which sounds like a dream.
