This Saturday, June 1, Islington Square on Upper Street is launching a brand new, eagerly anticipated weekly Saturday market in partnership with Urban Food Fest. The Islington Square market will take place every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the Boulevard, situated in front of Megan's and Arlo & Jacob, where you'll find all kinds of local makers' stalls serving a handpicked selection of street food, tempting desserts, artisanal products, and creative arts and crafts.

Islington Square is a lively shopping, dining and leisure space on Upper Street, located between Angel and Highbury and Islington. Once a postal sorting office, this renovated Baroque building is now home to independent restaurants, cafes, bars, a luxury health club, a six-screen cinema, a theatre and a whole bunch of fashion and design shops.

To celebrate the launch of the market on June 1, complimentary craft beers or soft drinks will be handed out with any purchase at the market. Head along and relax in the vintage furniture seating area or get stuck into the free child-friendly arts and crafts station, which will be running every week.
