Junsei teams up with renowned chefs for one-off dinners

This Autumn, Junsei, founded by culinary mastermind Chef Aman Lakhiani, is launching a series of one-off events with some of the most exciting chefs around.  The "Junsei & Friends Guest Chef Series" will bring together renowned chefs to collaborate on a specially curated, limited-time menu.

Chef Shaulan Steenson & Chef Aman Lakhiani

Dates: 29th & 30th September  

Junsei is welcoming omakase maestro Shaulan Steenson from Uo Sei, Battersea, for a two-night culinary extravaganza. The menu features the finest tuna, meticulously crafted nigiri, and Junsei's signature smoked delights.

Chef Petty Elliot & Chef Aman Lakhiani

Date: 30th October

Chef Petty Elliot will serve an 8-course tasting menu with a unique Indonesian twist on Japanese-style dishes. The dishes will be packed with spices from the Indonesian archipelago while maintaining the elegance of Japanese cuisine.

Junsei & Wingmans Dish Collaboration

Launch date: 5th November

Junsei is teaming up with the iconic Wingmans Chicken for a one-off dish available throughout November, both in-house and for delivery. It's a fusion of Junsei's sophistication with Wingmans' legendary flavours.
