If you’re a glutton for punishment and not just a straight up glutton, there’s some exciting restaurant news on the horizon - Karen’s Diner, the notoriously foul-mouthed eatery looks set to come to London. Originally started in Australia in 2021, the chain has successful UK branches in Sheffield, Manchester, and Birmingham, and now it’s got its sights set on the capital.

If you’re not familiar, at Karen’s Diner guests can order burgers, wings, and sweet treats in a colourful 1950s-style diner, with a free drink for anyone whose name is Karen. However, that’s where the pleasantries end. Staff and diners are actively encouraged to be rude to each other and you can complain as much as you like because no one cares!

If you’re a fan of quirky dining experiences Karen’s Diner is certainly one to look out for, and you could be 'enjoying' a meal there very soon. The London restaurant is expected to open by the end of 2022, bringing a new and unique restaurant experience to the city.
