In response to the humanitarian crisis in Lebanon, critically acclaimed cult fine-dining restaurant Kebab Queen is hosting a one-off Sunday Roast tasting menu on Sunday, 1 December, featuring rapper and chef Big Zuu and the restaurant's founders.

Executive chef Manu Canales will team up with celebrity chef Big Zuu to craft an exclusive Sunday roast tasting menu inspired by Manu's extensive fine dining experience and Zuu's Lebanese roots. You'll get to feast on dry-aged British Wagyu sirloin with all the trimmings, canapes, Lebanese mezze, and whole turbot sayadieh—a seasoned fish and rice dish from the Middle East. A wine flight of fine Lebanese wines and Louis Roederer Champagne will be available to pair alongside the food.

The menu is only available for early lunch and dinner, with just ten seats up for grabs. Tickets are £250 for food and wine, and all proceeds will go to Beit El Baraka and Arc-en-Ciel, Lebanese-based NGOs that support people displaced by the war and underprivileged and marginalised communities. Corporate sponsors will also match all the proceeds. Tickets can be purchased here on a first-come, first-served basis.
