As part of its kitchen residency series, Carousel, a wine bar and kitchen in Fitzrovia, will be hosting a unique fusion concept that has taken Los Angeles by storm.

Continuing its successful trend of bringing some of the buzziest contemporary chefs and restaurants over for a limited time, Carousel will be turning over its kitchen to Malli for five days only. A venture by Elizabeth Heitner and Nestor Silva, Malli brings together Jewish and Mexican culinary traditions, resulting in dishes like the pastrami taco, a dish that has wowed Los Angelenos with its pastrami smoked for eight hours, heirloom blue corn tortillas. melted Swiss cheese, salsas, and hibiscus pickled onions.

Malli will visit Carousel from 29 August to 2 September. During their residency, Heitner and Silva will serve a six-course set menu costing £60 or £70, depending on the day you book. Find more information here.
