It’s always exciting when a new Michelin-star restaurant lands in London, especially when it's a venture by acclaimed chef Yannick Alléno.

The French three-starred chef already oversees several Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris and around the world, racking up a whopping 15 Michelin stars between them all. But he doesn’t plan on stopping there; Alléno has announced that he will open a new contemporary dining spot in the heart of Mayfair in the summer of 2023.

Diners can expect big things, with elegant and sophisticated menus from breakfast to dinner. The focus will be on French gastronomy and techniques mixed in with the finest British produce, with more expected to be announced in the coming months.

Chef Yannick Alléno will open the new restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel on Park Lane in the summer of 2023.
