Islington's Neighbourhood, a colourful space that hosts regularly changing residencies by some of the most exciting food concepts at any given moment, has announced an upcoming residency by none other than Eddie Huang.

Eddie Huang is an American chef, TV host, best-selling author, director, restaurateur, Nike collaborator, and generally all-around talented individual, whose Baohaus Taiwanese steamed bun concept helped pioneer the bao boom in the US.  Now he's bringing it to Neighbourhood for an exclusive 13-week residency.

The Baohaus pop-up at Neighbourhood will feature Huang's signature bao buns and bowls, including the Chairman Bao with braised pork belly, relish, crushed peanuts, cilantro, and red sugar. Neighbourhood will haust Baohaus from 27 May, following the conclusion of ramen master Ivan Orkin's Mazemen pop-up on 21 May. Bookings for both are available here.
