Dalston favourite Three Sheets is expanding with a second branch on Manette Street in Soho.
Three Sheets is an acclaimed East London cocktail bar that's known for its creative simplicity, in serves as well as in the concept itself – it focuses on just nine cocktails, three sheets of three, at a time, changing the menu weekly. It has won numerous accolades for its work, including ranking as high as #15 on the World's 50 Best Cocktail Bars list.
In 2024, Three Sheets proprietors the Venning brothers are opening a new outpost of their flagship bar, in Soho's Manette Street. An intimate, cosy spot with a retractable façade, Three Sheets Soho will again serve a curated assortment of meticulously crafted cocktails, including both Three Sheets classic and location-specific signatures, such as the Mango Ice Tea, made with pickled mango, rum, and a tea blend.
In addition, the new bar will also offer a concise wine list with a focus on champagne. Food will also be taken care of, with former Lyle's chef William Blank overseeing a menu of British-inspired snacks such as salt-beef sandwiches and chips. During the day, Three Sheets Soho will also offer artisanal pastries and coffee.
Three Sheets Soho opens in Manette Street in March, with an exact date TBD.
