Soho’s DC Comics-themed restaurant, Park Row, has named Alyn Williams as its new executive chef, and this means that diners at the immersive eatery are in for a real treat. He trained under kitchen heavyweights like Gordon Ramsay and Marcus Wareing, and was previously the head chef at his own Michelin-starred restaurant in Mayfair for eight years. In 2012 Williams was named National Chef of the Year.

The restaurant that Williams is joining opened in 2021 in a Grade II listed building, and has become a luxury dining destination for Batman and DC Comics fans. With themed areas, characters in costume, live entertainment, and delicious food, guests are guaranteed a unique meal.

With a new executive chef in the kitchen comes a new menu. Diners can expect intriguing choices with both British and international influences like a tarragon and confit rabbit samosa, smoked chicken terrine, and Cornish stone bass with crispy caviar and chive butter. The new menu from Alyn Williams is set to launch at Park Row in November.
