Rooftop bars are starting to open, which can only mean one thing: summer is right around the corner. Kicking things off is Sumi in Notting Hill, who have declared their terrace officially open for summer.

You'll find Sumi located in the heart of Notting Hill's Westbourne Grove. It's a high-end sushi restaurant serving high-quality Japanese fare, like marbled wagyu steak and salmon teriyaki. But head outside in the summer, and you'll find a spacious terrace ideal for sipping sake in the summer sun.

There's a creative cocktail menu to keep you hydrated, including all of the favourites like the Little Wasabi, made with Haku Vodka, lime Shiso syrup and wasabi. There's also a long wine, beer, champagne and sake list for those who prefer to steer away from the cocktails. Oh, and there are also blankets for when the evenings start to get a little chilly.
