The AdWomen exhibition at the Museum of Brands, in collaboration with the History of Advertising Trust, delves into the fascinating 100 years of women in advertising. Drawing from the world's largest brand communication archive and the Robert Opie collection, it analyses how advertising has both shaped and reflected women's roles in society and the home.

The exhibition is inspired by the 'Mad Women' documentary aired on Channel 4 in 2023, which celebrates the women who revolutionised the industry through influential TV ads. It showcases iconic advertisements from the 1920s to today, highlighting how advertising has both shaped and mirrored women's roles in society and the home throughout the past century.

The exhibition runs from November 8 to April 28, and ticket prices vary, but students can attend for free.
